16A –What’s Your Secret Sauce?

1) Something that I think is unique in me is my sense of creativity.
2) I have a very open mindset and this allows me to view a situation from multiple perspectives.
3) I am very observant by nature, I am usually picking up on things very quickly and have a high sense of intuition.
4) I travel a lot and grew up in a diverse household which I think is what helped me shape such an expansive cultural and practical mindset.

• In the first Interview, my friend said that I was very collaborative and know how to be friends with other people that are different. She says I am modest and my intelligence is something that i do not flaunt obnoxiously. She also commented on my artistic eye and being able to create something new from nothing. 
• The second interview, my friend goes on about how my way of being is very easygoing and how it makes me very friendly and able to communicate with anyone. She said my cultural diversity is something not many people have and it shows through me in the way that i handle other people in many settings. 
• The third interview, my friend said that I am very loyal and have great time management skills. That she is impressed with how well I can handle having multiple things on my plate and be so attentive to each thing and never spreading myself too thin. 
• The fourth interview, my friend says I am very level headed and know how to go about many situations in different ways and this is something helpful in challenging and stressful situations. She also said how easy it is for me to talk to people of different mind sets and cultures. 
• In the last interview, he talks about my strong willed personality and being able to put others needs above my own. He also mentions that i am very compassionate and caring and my intelligence combined with these other skills is going to get me very far. 

I think hearing other people's perspectives was nice. It was a lot of the same things which I said myself in the beginning because I am a very self aware person. But hearing other people point it out as well as other things is nice because it shows me that I am doing a good job of presenting and portraying myself the way I want to be looked at. I would maybe add something about being loyal and having good time management skills to my list because those are very strong strengths of mine.
