19A – Idea Napkin No. 2
1) My talents and hobbies include artistic creations, reading, and maintaining an active lifestyle. My aspirations revolve around keeping a healthy balance amongst all sectors in my life. I like working hard in my studies and towards my career goals while also maintaining hobbies that destress and add relaxation. If this business were to play a role in my life, I would add as much creativity and innovative ideas as i could, working with a team of open-minded and creative professionals. Since I also value time to give mind a rest, I believe that work time can be efficient and employees will be more enthusiastic because of my values.
2) I am offering a longterm solution to an umbrella/poncho. A product that protects you so well from natural weather that does not obstruct other audience members view of the game. This will be something easily portable and affordable. It will most likely be something you can strap on like a backpack with an overhead clear plastic overhead that protects you from rain.
3) I am offering this to clients who are sports enthusiasts. This is an item that would be sold in most merchandise stores. It will become a generic product such as an umbrella or poncho, something that is readily available at these stores. I think the customers who would take advantage of my product are those that regularly attend stadium games, that see a longterm use for my product.
4) I think customers will pay money for my product if its the only thing on the market that can protect you better from rain without the annoyance of having to hold an umbrella the entire game. This is for those customers that paid a huge amount of money to attend this game, what is a couple dollars more than an umbrella to enjoy your game better?
5) I think what sets me and my business apart is that we are creating a more innovative way to do something that has not been explored. People just see a solution at the umbrella, but we have gone way further into trying to satisfy needs customers might not even know they need.
I think that all my points fit together nicely, it all revolves around innovation and finding better solutions to problems. The feedback I got was to get better into detail and I think I provided a better visualization of the kinds of customers that would be interested in my product.

Fabiana, I really enjoyed reading your second idea napkin. It was really cool to see that the kind of way you live your life with an active lifestyle and to see that you strive to be creative and innovative with your product. I also like how you specify what your product will do and emphasize that it will be affordable and easy to transfer from one place to another. It was also cool to hear that you want your product to ultimately become a norm for all sports fans everywhere. I also believe that innovation is key to your business because your product is useful and it is something that has not been seen before, which gives it a great edge in the market, however, coming up with a way to create awareness and customer accessibility for it will be key to success. Keep up the good work!
